2 Full-time Assistant manager Restaurant needed for Seacastle Enterprises Inc at 1150 Terminal Ave N, Nanaimo, BC,V9S 5L6.(Even though this
position is full time position, we encourage part time job seekers to apply as well.) Salary is 19.50 dollars per hour and no. of hours are 40 per
week
Job Description:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant and bar
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Employment requirements:
Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is
usually required. At least 2 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are
required.
