Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 – $18.00 /hour (depending on Experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Resolve customers’ complaints and work-related issues
• Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, safety and company procedures
• Recruit employees as needed
• Supervise activities of employees
• Order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control are met
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
Job requirements: 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school
Language Requirements: English
