Arigato Sushi is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $24.00~$27.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 70-1395 Hillside Drive, Kamloops, BC V2E 2R7

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine and implement operational procedures
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in developing, implementing, and analyzing budgets if needed
• Establish work schedules and evaluate staff’s work performance
• Address customers' inquiries and complaints
• Participate in recruiting, training, and supervising staff

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
• Language: English
