Overview

Languages: English. Knows how to speak Tagalog OR understands the language is an asset but              but not required

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years experience in the related field

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Explore & advise senior management on expansion areas within thedesignated areas
  • Explore agent outlet growth to add to the agent portfolio of the company
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Transfer business development skills training to existing staff and agents, and to persons that could be hired or additional agents recruited in the course of business expansion
  • Establish & implement enhanced policies and procedures for accounting and financial control, ensuring the security andintegrity of cash generated by the business
  • Make observations and prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating foreign office administrative services
  • Review and address customer concerns
  • Develop business and community relations
  • Liaise with the bank and perform other related local banking activities
