Oasis Health Care Services 24/7 Inc. is looking for a full-time permanent Administrative Officer to assist in running our firm. You could join immediately.
Location: 977 HOLTBY CRT, London, ON, N6G 0W9
Position Title: Administrative Officer
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $25.80 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Language of Work: English
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and managing client relationships.
- Handling budgets, payroll, billing, and invoicing processes.
- Ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborating with recruiters to facilitate the hiring process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Resolving issues that arise in day-to-day operations, both internally and externally.
- Assessing the performance of administrative staff and implementing improvement strategies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and documentation related to staffing placements, contracts, and compliance.
- Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Education:
1 year to less than 2 years
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
