Position: Full time, Administrative Assistants
Working (Business) Location: 405 10th Avenue suite 106, New Westminster, British Columbia V3M 3Y8

Main Duties
-Support day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for manager, department, or team.
-Transcribe, organize and compile all correspondence, invoices and reports.
-Open and distribute incoming telephone, regular and electronic mail, messages and other materials.
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of clients or proper department.
-Order office supplies for department as requested.
-Determine and establish office procedures.
-Greet and directing clients/visitors.
Qualification
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of two years college or other program for administration or 2+ year of clerical experience is required.
– Fluent English skill is required.
Working Condition
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 per week
Wage: $24.62 ~ $26.00 per hour
Benefits: 4% of vacation fee
