Specific Skills:

Must know how to Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and handwritten reports. Open and distribute incoming regular and emails and other information internally and with other departments. Also Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information. Also understand and establish office procedures. Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate person. Record and prepare minutes of meetings. make reservations when required. Supervise and train office staff in procedures. and organise events or conferences when required.
