• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Providing information by answering in-person, phone, e-mail, and mail enquires.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate office staff member.
• Greet and assist visitors and provide general support to them.
• Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries to the respective staff member.
• Schedule meeting appointments with senior staff members.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
• Carry out administrative duties such as typing correspondence letters, notices, reports and memo on regular basis.
• Write minutes from meetings, convey in writing to all the staff members.
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Ensuring proper operation of office equipment by calling for repairs.
