Job Description:
Processing documentation related to construction activities; Maintaining files, copying, answering phone calls, data entry, sorting, opening and distributing mail; Order office supplies and maintain equipment; Determine and establish office procedures ; Schedule and confirm appointments; Assist in all inquiries including billing and/or invoicing questions, Control & coordinate flow of information with vendors and sub contractors; Maintain manual & computerized filing systems, Organize team meetings including recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in related field or 1-2 years of equivalent experience required. Ability to multitask; work under pressure; Attention to detail; Fast paced environment; Excellent written communication. Knowledge of MS Office would be an asset.
