Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience. Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years clerical experience

Work setting: Construction

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office

Security and safety: Basic security clearance
