Salary: $22.00 hourly
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (30-40 Hours per week)

Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience.

Minimum Education: Completion of a 1 year to 2 year college program in the field of business/commerce/general administration or equivalent administrative experience.

Job Description:
– Establishing office procedures and ensuring adherence to those
– Assisting co-workers in office work like compiling information, managing and filing relevant paperwork
– Ensuring smooth flow of information by efficiently handling mails and emails
– Responding to the emails and other correspondence, forwarding the correspondence to other co-workers
– Scheduling meetings, appointments, conferences with clients and other companies/stake holders. Keeping proper records of the proceedings
– Meet visitors in the office, identify the purpose of their visit and direct them appropriately
– Answering phone calls, E-mails and in-person inquiry
– Managing office supplies and other inventory, which may include counting of raw materials and finished products
– Developing, supervising, and updating Inventory database including production data
– Assist in recording of all shipping/receiving of incoming materials, outgoing products, arranging samples to be dispatched
– Creating and managing files and company records
– Managing, editing, and maintaining company website, assisting in development of marketing content
– Compiling information and prepare various reports as required by the management
– Scanning, printing, photocopying documents and maintaining the company database for the same
– Regularly using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.) to efficiently perform the job duties
