- Position: Administrative Assistant
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Hourly Wage: $24
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Key duties and Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Helping produce internal company documents for admin, marketing, HR and IT processes, standards, and procedure
- Deal with Social Media accounts set up and maintenance.
- Arrange photo shooting models’ schedules and distribute accordingly
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements/Education and other requirements
- Completion of secondary school is usually required
- Completion of a one to two-year college program for administrative assistants
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field are usually required
- Organized, self-disciplined, motivated and able to work independently
- Interpersonal communication skills, communicate effectively both written and orally
- A strong commitment to team culture, a positive attitude
