Position: Administrative Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Hourly Wage: $25.00~$27.00 (Depends on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pacific Coast Recovery Care is family doctors who have a special interest in addressing the health care needs of patients with serious illness and injury. We are currently looking for organized, hardworking, and driven administrative assistant to join our team.
MAIN DUTIES:
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Sends invoices and collects receipts
• Produces timely, accurate and well formatted documents using various software
• Checks email inbox and redirecting mail
• Provides information by answering questions and requests
• Schedules and makes necessary arrangements
• Determines and establishes office procedures
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
• Shipping and receiving of packages
• Ensures all areas of the office remain tidy
• Develops and maintains a filing system
• Effectively handle phone and email correspondence
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
• Other administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completion of secondary school
• At least 2years of recent work experience in a similar roll preferred
• Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Strong administrative skills; attention to details and excellent organizational skills required
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
• Ability to work with confidential documents and manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
