Responsibilities:
• Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the Flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations
• Maintain records management filling system
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Managing customer purchase paperwork
• Assist with retrieving bids, quotes as requested for various projects
• Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
• Determine and establish office procedure
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other report
• Examine and verify accuracy of work and authorize routine payments, credits and other transactions
Requirements: Secondary school Education
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
