HA CPA CORPORATION is seeking for Administrative Assistant
Position: Administrative Assistant
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $21.50 ~ $ 23.00/ hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
- Manage appointments and meetings of employer
- Supervise office clerk based on company training manual
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Welcomed visitors and guide to employer or appropriate person
- Follow up on documentation with clients or back office as required
Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience Requirements:
- 1~2 years of experience in administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required
Language Requirements:
- English
