Position: Administration Officer (NOC 1221 – B)
Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
Hourly Wage: $24.00~$26.00 (Depends on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: 4% of vacation fee from gross salary or 10days of paid vacation per year

MAIN DUTIES:
• Prepare and manage cost to complete budgets for demolition to handover
• Tendering to sub-contractors, reviewing quotes for scope accuracy and performing material take offs
• Manage and cost coding of invoices, vendor, and subcontracts Po’s
• Provide clients with weekly site progress reports and monthly project overview reports
• Manage clients through active project demolition/construction
• Create and manage change orders, contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Create, update, and manage construction schedule through to hand over of project
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is usually required.
• At least 2 year of work experience in an administrative position related to advertising, marketing, public relations or customer service industry is required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Strong administrative/supervisory skills; attention to details and excellent organizational skills required
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
• Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
• Ability to work with confidential documents and manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
