PTCC is seeking a full-time managing director to manage its business operation based in the Richmond . We are a family-owned Marketing and management consulting firm with the main office operating in the lower mainland. Our main office is located at 1735 4311 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, BC, V6X3L7.

Since we started our business in 2015, we have supported many entrepreneurs developing their businesses in the Vancouver area. Our team has combined over 100 years of management and marketing services experiences in business consultation services in various sectors. We have a large portfolio of business entrepreneurs who rely on our expertise to guide them through business planning, operation setup, financial management, and marketing services. We have helped over 60 businesses to start their venture in the last five years, and our clientele is growing from the referrals of our existing clients.

We have experienced significant growth in business consultation work since 2019.

The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing a professional service business operation. The successful candidate should have advanced knowledge of business operations.

 

Position Overview

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

·                     Analyze the company's current operation process and work out a comprehensive plan to improve the cross-department/cross-function operational efficiency.

·                     Manage administration and finance team in related to administrative and financial operation sections, as well as coordinate and support marketing & sales team

·                     Direct and control the company's operation to meet the compliance requirement for labour, or other laws and regulations.

·                     Establish administrative procedures and protocols to manage the client information, files, properties safely

·                     Establish a budget plan and control the expense for contracts, equipment, and supplies

·                     Report to the owner for the company's administrative performance and financial controlling assessment and improvement plan

·                     Hire and train employees for the company's operational policies and instructions.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the team, emphasizing retaining and expanding current client business. Responsible for overseeing all client budgets (creating, expanding, forecasting, etc.) and ensuring that revenue and account profitability for each client is reached on a monthly basis.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·                     At least three years of senior management experience or equivalent training, such as an MBA or Professional designation, such as CPA.

·                     Specialized Marketing or business management knowledge plus specialized skills in business development

·                     Proven ability to:

·                     manage, retain and grow multiple accounts

·                     create and manage multiple budgets

·                     expand client business

·                     develop strategic communication programs

·                     Proven leadership skills and sales ability

·                     Has an established network of senior industry contacts
