3 Restaurant Managers Required ASAP A&W Mill Bay, BC is looking for a permanent full-time 3 Rrestaurant Managers to start immediately. Starting wage is 20.00$-25.00$ per hour and will be reviewed periodically with potential increases based on performance. Hours of work – 32-40 per week, overtime if required. Job Location: 828 Deloume Road, Mill Bay, BC V0R 2P0 Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible Job Type: Full-time, 2 years permanent position Benefits: PHSP Plan — extended health benefits, $1000 after completion of training Education: College diploma or secondary education combined with experience Main Job Responsibilities: • Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities • Develop, implement and analyze budgets • Participate in marketing plans and implementation • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service • Recruit, train and supervise staff Essential Requirements: • Experience – One year of supervisory or management experience Education – College diploma or secondary education combined with experience Language – English • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to work under pressure • High standard of cleanliness and hygiene • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Attention to detail for customer care and financial bottom line What we offer: • On the job training • Opportunity to work with executive team to ensure action plans are in place to achieve productivity targets for the restaurant • Competitive compensation and advancement opportunities • Fun work atmosphere!
