Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $17.25~$20.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  2
• Work Location: Location: 622 Patricia Street, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Keep sanitized of kitchen and food service areas
• Maintain inventory and monitor of food condition, supplies and equipment
• Organize menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
• May Train for new staff and assist other cooks in preparation, cooking and handling of food

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
