OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE IN OFFICE EQUIPMENT

  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE, MS WINDOWS, PRESENTATION AND DATABASE SOFTWARE
  • MUST KNOW HOW TO PROCESS TFW DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS WORK PERMIT, SOCIAL INSURANCE NUMBER, BANK ACCOUNTS, AND ANY OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

  • EXPERIENCE IN LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION
  • APPLICANT MUST BE ABLE TO FACILITATE ORIENTATION SUCH AS TFW RIGHTS, WORKING PERMIT, AND COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • APPLICANT WHO SPEAKS FILIPINO AND SPANISH LANGUAGE AT A WORKING LEVEL IS AN ASSET
