• Wage: $26.00~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including full-course dishes and individual menu items.
• Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment, tracking stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide training to staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and proper food handling procedures.
• Participate in hiring processes and oversee the performance of kitchen staff and support personnel.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring an organized and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Monitor portion sizes and food costs, and handle the requisition of ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Develop menus and accurately forecast the quantity of food required for service.
• Prepare specialized dishes for customers with dietary restrictions or food allergies.
• Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities for special bookings and events.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
