Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $17.00~$20/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 3026 Ross Rd. Nanaimo BC V9T 3Z1

Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise all kitchen performance
- Maintain inventory and monitors of food condition, supplies and equipment
- Make sure the production of high-quality food
- Keep sanitized and cleaned of kitchen and all food service areas
- Organize menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- May train for new staff and assist other cooks in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial experience of cooking is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
