Position Info:
- Position: Restaurant Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16.00~$21.00/hour (depending on Experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 6595 Applecross Road, Nanaimo, BC, V9V 1K8

Job Duties:
- Manage kitchen operation.
- Prepare and cook complete foods utilizing standardized recipes.
- Maintain good sanitation around work area.
- Ensure the quality of food meets the standards.
- Supervise kitchen helpers’ work performance.
- May assist in recruitment process and training session.
- Maintain inventory and record all the supplies.
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
