Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.20-$18.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40hours/week
Benefits:
- 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Keeps records, such as amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees.
- Prepares work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations.
- Supervise the activities of staffs and train workers in performance of duties
- Inspects serving areas and foods to ensure qualities are met.
- Involve in the recruitment of food service worker when required
- Resolve customers; complaints or concern
Educational Requirements:
- Secondary school
Experience Requirements:
- 1~2 years work experience in food preparation or service are required
Language Requirements:
- English
