Position Info:

• Position: Cashier Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: Hwy 6 At 513, St. Martin, MB Canada R0C 2T0

Job Duties:

• Manage sales staff and cashiers by supervising and coordinating their activities.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Manage payments and merchandise returns.
• Train or plan for the training of new sales workers, as well as monitor and report on their performance.
• Maintain the store's visual standards and images, such as store displays, signs, and cleanliness.
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints and signing for deliveries.
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1~2 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
